What this is

rankbid is a public leaderboard where the listing's rank is its bid. Pay whole dollars and your product or @handle sits above everyone who paid less; the board is just the bids, ordered.

It is a marketplace of placement: you buy a position on a page that anyone can read. Whether the attention you bought pays off is up to you and whoever sees your page.

How it works

Submit a product URL or an X @handle with a whole-dollar bid, $5 minimum. Payments run through Stripe; a listing goes live only after the payment clears, so what you pay is what the board shows.

These read from the board's own database on every load: live visitor counts, and what the board has actually taken in as bids.

rankbid is built by Ben Zvonar (@benzvonar) under aetop.co, the studio behind a few honest little products. It is a novelty marketplace, not a channel: your rank is real, but no listing comes with guarantees, and the board is not an investment. The mechanics are all spelled out on the Rules page.
