Will it hurt my SEO?
No, and this is built in rather than promised. Every sponsored link carries rel="sponsored nofollow" and is rendered by us, server-side — it cannot be switched off, by you or by an advertiser. That is exactly what Google’s paid-link policy asks for, and it is why a paid placement here cannot pass or leak ranking signal.
